Multilayer Epoxy Floor Coating

Multilayer epoxy is a high-strength system of at least three layers, built by broadcasting quartz aggregate and resin in turn over a primer. By tuning the layer count and aggregate grade, we build a thickness anywhere from 3 to 6 mm.
We reach for it where a thin single coat wears out fast: floors under constant forklift traffic and heavy point loads. In the same conditions it lasts far longer than a single coat, so the floor comes back for renewal much less often.

Load-Spreading Body
The quartz aggregate skeleton spreads impact and point loads through the layer, so the floor does not crush or scar under wheels.
Level and Fall Correction
Its thickness lets us level out damaged, pitted or uneven slabs in the same application.
Slip to Your Spec
By changing the aggregate size in the final coat we deliver anything from a smooth finish to high grip.
Spot-Repairable
Local damage is patched point by point with the same layer logic — no need to strip the whole floor.
